For guests travelling to Yerevan.

For guests flying in, the easiest base is central Yerevan. Staying in Kentron, especially around Republic Square, Abovyan, Northern Avenue, Opera, or Cascade, keeps most of the city walkable and makes the wedding weekend much simpler.

  • A
Where to stay: Kentron is the most convenient base. Good central options include Holiday Inn Express Yerevan, Republica Hotel, and Grand Hotel Yerevan on Abovyan. If you want something more elevated, The Alexander is the splurge option; if you prefer the quieter Cascade side, look near Opera or Cascade, including Radisson Blu.
  • B
How to spend free time: For a first visit, keep it simple: walk Republic Square in the evening, take the Cascade for city views, browse Vernissage for Armenian crafts, and plan dinner around Saryan Street. For coffee, Abovyan Street and the Cascade area are easy, reliable places to start.
  • C
From the airport: Zvartnots is usually about 30-40 minutes from central Yerevan. The N201 airport express runs every 30 minutes from 07:00-22:00 for 300 AMD cash, and the N100 runs every 30 minutes by day and hourly overnight for 500 AMD with card or QR payment. If you are arriving late or with luggage, use the official airport taxi rank or book through gg or Yandex Go.

A weekend map

For most guests, the key points are the church, the reception, the central hotel area around Republic Square, and Zvartnots Airport for arrival and departure.

Useful before you arrive

A few small things will make the trip much easier, especially for anyone arriving from overseas for only a few days.

Taxis: Download Yandex Go and gg before you fly. They are the easiest way to book rides in Yerevan without negotiating on arrival.
Money: Most central hotels and restaurants take card, but keep some AMD cash for airport buses, Vernissage, and smaller purchases. Download Wise before you travel if you want an easy backup for spending or transfers abroad.
Arrival: If you land late or with luggage, skip ad-hoc offers outside and use the official airport taxi rank or a ride app instead.

Invitation

The full invitation, timetable, and RSVP details will follow once arrangements are finalised.
